ServSafe Food Manager Testing:

Review class, book mailed ahead of class, and exam

MRLA non-member cost is $215 / Partner discount is $185
- Review class 8:00am–3:00pm (Detroit class is 9:00am–3:00pm); Exam begins at 3:00pm
Self Study (without class for those who learn better with self-study or cannot be away from the business for the whole day)

MRLA non-member cost is $155 / Partner discount is $135
- Exam begins at 3:00pm, arrive by 2:45pm
Proctored Exam Only (no book, no review class)
