Why You Should Join the MGCA:
There are many golf organizations and associations, but the Michigan Golf Course Association is the only association that is the voice of golf courses owners and operators in Michigan. When you join the MGCA you automatically become a member of the National Golf Course Owners Association and the Small Business Associatin of Michigan.
Why does the MGCA exist?
Why are we here? The short answer is "to promote and preserve the best interests of the Michigan golf industry."
That's what the mission statement says, written almost 40 years ago. That mission hasn't changed. We are grateful to our members and our industry partners for making the MGCA the "voice of Michigan golf business.
Fellow golf course owners and operators,
While being a member of the state's golf business association is important for many reasons, here are some to put right into your pocket. I have been a member of the MGCA for decades and the benefits are real and tangible. The modest membership dues expense covers both the Michigan GCA and the National Golf Course Owners Association. Our MGCA staff works hard to bring real value to our members, value that you can put in the bank. Here is how it works for us at Scott Lake Country Club (Comstock Park):
Coca Cola Rebate: $432
Entegra Rebate: $268
MI Clubs Fund: $892
Total $ Savings/Rebates over $4,028 per year!!!
